We are currently looking for an energetic and customer focused Service Advisor Apprentice. Competitive pay offered ($16-25 per hour). This role is designed to be a liaison between the customers and the auto technicians who work on their vehicle. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive Answering incoming phone calls Scheduling Service Appointments Assisting Service Advisor Drafting up repair orders to the technicians based on the needs of our customers Collecting payments as customer’s repairs are complete Qualification: Prior customer service preferred but not required Must posses excellent follow up and follow through skills to ensure customer satisfaction Must have the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms Must have a positive, upbeat attitude in this role Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required Ability to evolve and adapt to changing business needs Valid drivers license and clean driving record Paid Training: Yes Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm Some Saturdays required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required) Ability to Commute: Greenwood, IN 46143 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Greenwood, IN 46143: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
