Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools. Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Help with the installation of structures such as walls, roofs, and flooring. Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed throughout the day. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is an advantage. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
