Overview
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our dynamic team. Responsible for assembling and fabricating throughout the various stages of manufacturing, including mixing rubber, cast pouring, trimming to packing, while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. On-the-job training will be provided.
Duties
Assemble and fabricate according to specifications and simple blueprints
Weight and mix polymers and cast pour into molds.
Detail products trimming excess rubber
Apply coatings to mats using a hopper gun for detailed finishes.
Build pallets and crates for products and place goods in for shipping.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
Organize and store materials/items on racks, shelves, and bins based on size, type, style, or color, and distribute items, materials, tools, or other resources to production team members
Mark materials with identifying information as needed.
Easily lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs. frequently.
Perform walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
Work requires strength and stamina (standing/moving) in an open-air facility.
Work in an open-air facility with varying temperatures up to 100°+ in summer months.
Skills
Math skills for dimensions / measurements and calculations related to basic tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
