Responsibilities
- Conduct property assessments using advanced data collection and analysis techniques.
- Evaluate and appraise properties, considering factors such as location, size, construction, and market conditions.
- Research property records, sales data, and other relevant information to ensure accurate valuations.
- Collaborate with property owners and stakeholders to address inquiries, concerns, and appeals.
- Stay up to date with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property assessments and taxation.
- Use cutting-edge software and technology to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of assessment processes.
