Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. Demonstrate you are professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to quality checklist. Support lead plumbing technician in maintaining a clean, organized job site and accurate truck inventory. Participate actively in all on-the-job training and formal exercises to master the trade. Complete accurate and timely paperwork Perform all work with accuracy and attention to detail, leaving the customer’s home better than you found it Requirements: Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills. Progressive and committed work history Proven ability to work within a TEAM structure Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail. Comfortable with digital tools, email, MS Office, and business software. For your safety, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to pass a background check.
