Sims-Lohman, a distributor of cabinetry and countertops is seeking a robust Box Truck Driver Apprentice at our distribution center located in Greenwood, Indiana.
Responsibilities:
You would transport, load and unload cabinets and other materials in a 26′ box truck to our valued production and custom home builder’s project sites, which include both residential, multi-family., and commercial properties.
*All team members are required to train in our warehouse for approximately 4 – 6 weeks before going on a delivery route.
Our Drivers work:
– Full-time; Scheduled Monday through Friday; Day shift with No Overnights
Requirements:
– Ability to drive manual/clutch and automatic transmission
– Ability to lift heavy weight
– Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
– A valid driver’s license, with a clean record and the ability to obtain a Medical DOT card needed.
– Ability to work with heavyweight (100+pounds)
Must be 21 years of age or older.
