This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. A perfect job for someone well into cosmetology school or a recent cosmetology graduate. As a Salon Apprentice, you will assist with various salon services, learn essential techniques, and develop your skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist licensed stylists with hair cutting, coloring, and styling services. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with salon guests. Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and assisting guests in product selection. Gain knowledge in color theory and hair cutting and styling. Participate in our award winning in house education program. Requirements Must have a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean work environment. Licensed or in process A basic understanding of color theory, shampooing and styling hair. Willingness to learn new skills related to hair and business. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
