In this role you’ll… Examine job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, or special printing instructions Inspect product before, during, and after printing cycle to ensure quality specifications are met Load materials and products into appropriate and specified containers Measure, weigh and accurately count products or materials Mark and label boxes/containers or products as required Flexibility to cross-train in all production areas and job functions as required Identify problems with equipment and materials. Arrange material and goods, and set up the environment for packaging Cross-train to operate bagging equipment, grommet machines, and sewing equipment Schedule Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime may be required to meet production volume. Weekend shifts may be occasionally needed (to be discussed during interview). Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required, previous printing experience preferred, basic computer skills & mechanical aptitude On the job training is provided Skill Requirements: Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, manufacturing environment Extensive Attention to Detail Strong oral communication skills Ability to lift up to 45 pounds Ability to stand 8-10 hour shift Ready to Join Our Team?
