Job Responsibilities and qualifications: Ability to perform basic repairs. Assist lead technicians with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects. Take on other installation, repair, and maintenance duties as needed and permitted. Load and unload tools and equipment from work vehicles. Ability to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and climb ladders. Work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of bath and kitchen remodels is a plus. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license. Must have your own basic hand tools. Must be on time and ready to start every project. Must be able to be put on payroll and fill out a w4. No weekend work.
