What you will do as a Security Systems and Fire Alarm Installation Apprentice will primarily involve working within a team environment to assist in the completion of Residential and Commercial low-voltage systems including: network communication wiring and device installations for electrical fire alarms, access control, security and suppression systems, Camera systems, and more.
Responsibilities
A journal notebook/clipboard will be provided for your daily task entry and notes for morning review management meetings.
Skills
Apprentices are first assigned the important task of learning how to use inventory tracking software and become aquatinted with the daily upkeep and organization of our general work-shop area inventory, including all hardware, tools and equipment shipping and repair. NOTE: This is the backbone of our organization for effective “cost-savings” supply-chain and scheduling logistics.
Qualifications
Positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
