Responsibilities: Works with internal and external customers to provide an exceptional experience. Inspect homes that have been affected by water, mold, wind, or fire damage. Performs demolition, water mitigation, mold/fire remediation as instructed. Delivers reports and information within time goals and established service levels. Performs basic equipment cleaning and maintenance. Maintains a safe driving record and vehicle maintenance schedule on assigned company vehicles. Obtains feedback from customers to improve future experiences. Availability for bi-weekly on-call/after-hours shifts. Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Relevant experience in restoration, constructions, customer service, or trades preferred IICRC Certifications, Adjuster License is a plus Ability to climb, kneel, and crawl required; may worked in confined spaces.
