Responsibilities

Apprenticeship Program consists of classroom instruction and clinical experience. Upon completion of the Program the facility will work to help place candidates in full-time or part-time positions.
 
Training Includes:
  • 144 hour Indiana State and DOL approved training
  • Clinical Instructor to guide you through the whole program!
  • One-on-One on the job training with a Seasoned CNA.
  • Educational Sessiosn and Testing Preperation! 
  • Training for a high – demand profession with unlimited opportunities to grow! 

Skills

Qualifications

  • A passion for caring for people.
  • Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel. 
  • The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Facility Compliance Program and HIPAA.
  • Knowledge on the use of personal computers, Word and Excel, and working with office machines such as fax and copying machines. 

Eligibility to Work Requirements

  • Must Be 16 years old or older.
  • Successfully pass the English, Reading and Math Competency Test.
  • Must Pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.
