The Project Manager/Salesperson Apprenticeship role is designed to provide hands-on experience in both project management and sales within our company. This role supports the sales team while learning the full scope of sales functions, including relationship building, customer interaction, and the end-to-end sales process. As an apprentice, you will play a key role in assisting with client communication, project coordination, and the implementation of various sales strategies. You will also gain valuable insight into managing projects from inception through completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Additionally, this role includes field project management, where you will visit home builder communities to oversee pre-marketing efforts, participate in installations, and ensure on-site work meets project requirements and timelines. Key Responsibilities: . Client Interaction : Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring timely communication and addressing any client concerns. Project Management : Oversee the coordination and delivery of projects, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure all milestones are met. Field Project Management : Visit home builder communities to manage pre-marketing efforts, supervise installations, and ensure on-site execution meets company standards and client expectations. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Learn to utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales progress. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal departments, including design, production, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution. Training & Development : Participate in ongoing sales and project management training to build your skills and prepare for a future role as a salesperson or project manager. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interest in learning about sales, customer service, and project management. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility over time. Ability to travel locally to visit job sites and home builder communities. Building industry experience preferred.
