The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring raw and fabricated materials are cleaned and prepared for coating and shipping . The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and attention to detail and be proactive with a desire to learn new skills and be promoted to other positions in our shop. The ideal candidate must: have a valid state or federal issued id speak English be safety oriented must pass a drug test have a positive attitude and attention to detail have previous experience in a labor intense position be able to lift 50 pounds continuously through out the day be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment be able to work weekend and OT as needed lives 30 minutes or less from Tomball, Texas (FM 249 and Boudreux) Responsibilities: follow oral and written directions. clean steel and fabricated materials grind and de burr welds out some painting and drilling holes on steel materials load and unload fabricated materials onto powder coating line prepare coated materials for shipping Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Do you have experience working in a laborer type job?
