Perform fittings and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort of eyewear. Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions. Collaborate with optometrists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Handle billing inquiries and process payments efficiently. Manage inventory levels of optical products, ensuring availability for customers. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology. Qualifications Previous experience in an optometry setting is preferred. Knowledge of terminology related to eyewear is essential. Familiarity with vision billing processes is a plus. Strong retail sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales analysis. Experience in retail management is advantageous but not required.
