The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing window films on residential and commercial properties. The candidate should have experience with different types of window films and possess the skills to cut and apply them correctly. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be able to complete projects in a timely and professional manner. *The company is willing to train the right individual who shows a strong willingness to learn and work ethic. While previous experience in window film installation is preferred, candidates who have the desire to learn the trade will be given the opportunity. The successful candidate will receive training on the different types of window films and installation techniques to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. Responsibilities: Perform on-site measurements of windows to determine the necessary size and shape of the film Cut and install window films on various types of windows using appropriate tools and techniques Ensure that the films are properly aligned, free of wrinkles and bubbles, and securely adhered to the window Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for the appropriate type of film for their windows Maintain and organize equipment and tools used for film installation Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure the timely completion of projects Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Physical ability to climb ladders and work in various weather conditions Knowledge of different types of window films and installation techniques Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation If you have a passion for providing quality service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Window Film Installer.
